BaerimTools is a free, fan-made set of tools for players of the Metin2 private server Baerim. By using the site you accept what is written below. If you do not, simply do not use it — there is nothing to cancel and no account to close.

Using the site

You may use BaerimTools for your own play, for free, without an account and without asking. You may link to any page and quote the numbers you find here. What you may not do is hammer the site with automated requests, try to break or bypass its limits, or republish the whole catalog as if it were your own; it is run on a small budget and a scraper hurts the players using it. Accounts exist only for the handful of people who edit the data and are handed out by me, not requested.

What the data is worth

Everything here — crafting costs, drop rates, prices, map markers — is collected by players and by me from the game, by hand. It is as accurate as we can make it and it is still, in places, wrong: the server changes, a number gets mistyped, a price moves overnight. Treat the site as a good estimate to plan with, never as a guarantee. Check anything expensive in the game before you spend on it. Prices in particular are community submissions and say what people reported, not what you will get.

Content you add

Map notes, screenshots, reports and submitted prices are visible to everyone. Keep them about the game: no personal data about anyone (your own included), no insults, no advertising, nothing illegal. By adding something you let me show it on the site and keep it in the database. I can remove or edit any submission without notice, and I do remove the ones that break these rules.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is, with no promise that it works, stays available or is correct. It is a hobby project, not a service you are paying for — it can go down, lose data or be shut down. I am not responsible for anything you lose in the game by relying on it, and not responsible for the game server, the game itself, or anything you find at the other end of a link from here. BaerimTools is not affiliated with Metin2, its publishers, or the owners of the Baerim server.

These terms can change when the site does. The date above says when they were last touched, and the current version is always the one on this page.
